Hello everyone! My name is Pam Beard, and I have been a State Farm team member since my late husband Jim opened his State Farm agency in Navasota in 1982.
I first met Marshall when he came to work at our agency, while his wife was in graduate school at Texas A&M. He became like a second son to me, and I promised to come work for him when he opened his own office. Having known Marshall and Heather for nearly 20 years, the team feels like one big family.
My goal is to convey this sense of family to our customers through superior customer service and sharing my wealth of insurance knowledge.
